This patch is meant for the notification plugin, part of
compiz-plugins-extras.
We can not rely on libnotify requiring gtk-2.0 for us, as libnotify
could as well be used with gtk-3.0. Mixing gtk2/gtk3 in one app though
is not working. So the consumer of libnotify needs to specify what it
wants to use.
The attached patch includes gtk-2.0 in the dependency chain (which,
for example, fixes the build with very new libnotify).
