I tried scim on Moblin just now, but it does not seem to work. Do I need some 
modification on scim?

It's possible. Input method can use scim-hangul.
Currently, moblin doesn't provide screen keyboard for multibyte language.
But I was already realized. You need to custom the matchbox-keyboard.
