Packages for current moblin development can be found here:
http://repo.moblin.org/moblin/development/ia32/os/i586/
Sources for these packages are found here:
http://repo.moblin.org/moblin/development/source/
As usual, these are development packages, and subject to change until we
make formal "releases".
The kernel headers you are looking for are here:
http://repo.moblin.org/moblin/development/ia32/os/i586/kernel-headers-2.6.27.rc6-10.1.moblin2.i586.rpm
