rpm packages have to be constructed with the intent for them
to be relocatable for that to work. the default, as you've
seen, is not-relocatable.

it's extremely bad practice for non distro-provided pkgs to put
files in /usr/bin, for the reason we've just seen - namespace
conflicts.  in the case of a conflict, the distro files
should always be considered to win.  Moblin tools should be
installing to /opt to stay out of the way.
