Has anyone used the Congatec-CA COM Express module or the new Congatec IVI starter kit to bring up moblin or ubuntu mobile?
Yes, but it will not include the drivers necessary for accessing the automotive FPGA devices. Those drivers are still under development and not yet ready to be pushed upstream yet. Otherwise, the system is still an Atom based platform based on Silverthorn/Poulsbo and should be bootable.
Just wondering how big of project getting this running on this platform will be??
You may need to do some kernel recompiling iirc (I didn't do it, so not sure if it was only for automotive FPGA access or other devices). Otherwise, try using MIC with a Menlow platform as the starting point.
