Our CI/tempest infra depends on various PyPi packages. Yesterday (SVL time), a new release of 'oslo' caused 100% of all tempest runs to fail. In fact, the tempest run never got past the "pip install" of PyPi modules needed before tempest tests even start.
An example of the failure is below my sig. CI team believes that this is now resolved.
