CI is mostly back up. We had a couple of glitches initially, and that caused a lot of artificial failures. We (CI team) will handle doing 'recheck' as required to move reviews through the system.
Because of the backlog, heavily saturated VM's, and possibility of perhaps another bug or two in either CI or OpenContrail itself, it is going to take several days for things to settle to a 'normal' state. Please set your expectations accordingly. We are aware of one issue not yet resolved, and that is the new CentOS 7.1 jobs are showing a high rate of failure (i.e., more frequent than 'intermittent', but not 100% failure).
