Our jenkins server is having some problems that has caused most (or all) jenkins jobs to fail in the last 12 hours. We will need to restart jenkins and recheck all open reviews in the review queue.
And since we need to recheck all jobs, we might as well restart our other CI services, servers, and slave VMs as well. We expect our CI to be offline for about an hour.
