Sorry, I wrote step 5 wrong. Of course I've used the fab commands as you
write in your mail. I tried plugin 3.0.0 and then I replace it again
with 3.0.1.0, and is probably solve the fatal.
Fab Setup_all doesn't setup automatically conf files at ContrailVM?
(like etc/nova/nova.conf). I have here only default libvirt.

You should run the fab command from the controller which holds your
testbed.py and from where you are running other fab commands like
setup_all.
The command installs the plugin on the vcenter_compute node (but the
command should be run from where you run your other fab commands).
Please try reinstalling the plugin and let us know.

1. I downloaded install packages Contrail deb package.
2. Then create testbed, setup esxi_hosts{} and vcenter.server.
3. Before i've started fabric command, changed cotrail_debs.tgz for
.tgz from Ubuntu 14.04 + 04, because default tgz doesn't include
packages like (contrail-openstack-dashboard,
contrail-openstack-analytics, contrail-openstack-analytics...).
4. I used fabric command fab prov_esxi, fab setup_vcenter (with
env.orchestrator = 'openstack' specification), fab
install_pkg_all:<contrail deb package>, fab install_contrail.
5. Put contail-plugin to vcenter-compute, and run fab
install_contrail_vcenter_plugin without eror/warning messages
6. After that i've executed fab setup_all and fabric give me a fatal,
what i sent in previous mail.
I am using kilo images 3.0.1.0-23
