multiqueing is resolved in this bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/
juniperopenstack/+bug/1573067

It is not really about opencontrail version. It requires three steps:

1) libvirt patch

the libvirt patch is available in our repo with the scripts we used to
build libvirt/qemu packages locally here: https://github.com/Semihalf/
contrail-dpdk-extra-packages/blob/liberty/patches/trusty/
libvirt/CODE-Add-support-for-multiqueue-for-ethernet-interfaces.patch

2) nova patch

f4e8d668f5

3) changes in provisioning scripts that grant permissions to /dev/vhost-net
