Hi guys, I need to integrate NAGIOG with OTRS (Ver 3.0.10)
I have read the SystemMonitoring package documentation but I have doubts
about the "Service:" field.
I do not understand what it relates to a notification from NAGIOS, in
the various Nagios notification forms, with formatted email, I never
find the key "Service:".
Can anybody help me understand this problem? Or tell me where to find
more information or examples of NAGIOS and OTRS integration?
