Hi,
I wanted to add a .tt file in AgentTicketZoom.tt, using [%
InsertTemplate("file.tt") %] but it seems disabled on this file.
I then tried to use [% PROCESS file.tt %] but now, the content of the "file.tt"
page is there, even if I comment on remove the tag [% PROCESS file.tt %]
1) How can I insert an external tempate file into AgentTicketZoom.tt ?
2) How can I remove what I did with [% PROCESS file.tt %] ? Is it cached
somewhere ?
