Just a follow up on the issue I noted about the instability of
4.17.7
kernel for 32-bit systems, the 4.17.8 kernel was just announced as
stable and the linux-libre kernel will follow suit. There is still
an
option to cherry-pick the patch for the 4.17.7 kernel, but I
maintain
that we skip that update and just wait for linux-libre 4.17.8
