these are both fixed now - my guess is that it was already flagged

but just to be clear - "out-of-date" is not the same as "broken"; and that is
usually not a reason why a package may be broken - the "out-of-date" flag is
only a reminder that the package can be upgraded - if a package is broken, you
should _not_ flag it out-of-date, but open a bug report - it would get much
higher priority that way - in this case, 'gst-plugins-bad-libs' already had a
bug report open
