I've just released libretools 20240510 to [libre] and pushed the
source tarball to <https://repo.parabola.nu/other/libretools/>.
I've not yet reviewed all of the changes that Bill included in the
v20240327 release.
Changes from v20240403 to v20240510:
Bug-fixes:
- `librechroot clean-pkgs` (and thus `libremakepkg`): No longer
errors out when you have a locally-built version of a package
that is a member of base-devel.
Developer-facing:
- Added `HACKING/releasing.md` to document how I do releases.
