and not broken! after noticing the server was down i took a time to upgrade it (it was really old) and now it's back
please check all services are running correctly. the only thing left is to configure the network correctly, it seems the network config isn't correct and the host admin has to configure it manually everytime it reboots. i've put this on labs[0] [0]: https://labs.parabola.nu/issues/190
