Issue #311 has been updated by Emulatorman.

Status changed from open to in progress

MinGW is a C and C++ cross-compilers for building Windows executables on
GNU/Linux. It doesn't make sense (blacklisting of mingw32-runtime and
mingw32-w32api), so wine should be blacklisted too. Those packages are
available on Trisquel, so I will unblacklist them.

Freedom issue #311: mingw32-gcc depedent on blacklisted packages;
mingw32-gcc-base useless (?) without it

mingw32-gcc issue pretty evident. I'm not familiar with how the mingw32
toolchain works but mingw32-gcc-base's executables don't seem to work without
mingw32-gcc etc.
