Hi, Some hours ago, a new version of dpdk (nvr 18.11-2.el7_6) has been pushed to CentOS extras repo following https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2019:0233.
Latest openvswitch release (2.10.1) which is used in RDO Rocky and Stein is not compatible with this dpdk version, so any attempt to install openvswitch in these RDO releases will fail. As a workaround for this problem, we are pushing a new build of openvswitch (openvswitch-2.10.1-3.el7) to both Rocky and Stein with dpdk support disabled [1]. User deploying RDO with openvswitch and DPDK will be impacted by this change. We are working to find out a better solution to restore dpdk support.
