For relatively easy collaboration - and hey, almost every student today knows how office (and essentially outlook) work - outlook is the way to go. I mean, for people who don't have Exchange or an Exchange-like backend it's easy to share calendars, tasks and so on. I am basically stuck on Thunderbird and Co - at least I haven't found a suitable solution yet. Till
