Thank you for the replies.

There seems to be no pattern from a message standpoint.  But it does
seem to be related to caching, when disabled the problem disappears.
Though looking at the cache table, I don't really understand how it
would have that affect, as it's not caching messages, just counts and
folders.

I'm going to try upgrading to the latest SVN and see if it continues, if
so I'll report back in with a full issue report.

I didn't do a full report the first time, because I was hoping someone
would say, "oh yea, just enable x and y in your php config".  But no
luck, so thanks for the help.

Yes, using Outlook, but that's only because I can hit "reply" and have
my recipient field filled in. :-)
