hey phil, first thanks for your work on an extended addressbook, i believe that it's an important improvement for roundcube!

Which layout do people prefer? i think i prefer the original layout without second patch. but maybe that's just me. but i've two further comments: first, with your patch applied i always get a error message when browsing the addressbook: SERVICE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE!
