I've code a plugin for that. I'd like to ask for your opinions. Would you prefer to have a separate link 'Manage Plugins' in settings section or should this plugin hook into designated sections, f.e.: uisettings -> display GUI related pluings, addressbook-> display addressbook related plugins, ... and a link 'Misc' link to catch the rest in settings navigation ?
