We know, Rimas. Maybe other interesting examples can result a different understand about this question. If you are a yahoo's mail user, you have tabs for emails, or if you have a Zimbra in your company, you have also tabs. Or yet, if you like of desktop apps, can use TBird connecting directly in your IMAP and also have tabs. Particularly, tabs are useful to reserve a determinate email to treat soon. Anyway, for a lot of users is a interesting feature. So, someone know if exist some plugin for this feature? If not, maybe we can start it.
