Hi I started the study the code of RC and i tried to use the documentation in Trac, about API, Plugins and Themes.
My first ask is if there docs are updated. Can i use then to study and get results or are outdated? To understand and with the idea of to bring more volunteers to code (or trough plugins, or trough core contribs), i tried to create a new page called Doc_Plugins/pt-br, where it is the translation of Doc_Plugins (logicly), but i haven't permission to do this. Can i get permission to create pages in the Trac?
