Then I used the Back button to go back to the submit page, and then the ticket was accepted instantly (no captcha needed). Only after that I realized that the first attempt was successful already, even though the captcha was not accepted. I didn't find a way to delete http://trac.roundcube.net/ticket/1488796 - if you can do that, please do so.
