OK. At a glance, that seems to be identical to what's included in
roundcubemail-plugins-kolab-3.0.1.tar.gz from git.kolab.org. Is this
correct?
The frequency of those refresh triggers can be
set in the Settings > User Interface > Main Options section of
Roundcube.
Make sure you don't set it to 'never'.
Hah, I had just noticed that the automatic inbox refreshes seemed to
