As there was no response/comment to this yet: Shall I provide a patch...? In the meantime I realized that t-online.de (where I'm having an account as well, which I'm importing via fetchmail/POP3 into Roundcube) does also produce those still unsupported "X-Envelope-To:" headers. As a workaround, I'm adding a "Delivered-To:" header to all those messages currently, but I'd really like to get rid of this workaround.
