You're too fast for me :-) I still wanted to respond on your question in
another thread.

The settings tabs are a bit of a legacy in Roundcube and should be improved
by a <roundcube:object> type of thing that collects all entries using a
plugin hook. We're not yet there but expect some changes on this.
