Hello Thanks Sylvestre for replying to the mail and pointing out the necessities for GSoC :-) . I have now been able to tackle all the errors that occurred during the configure and make of Scilab and successfully built Scilab onto my system . I am now trying to solve bugs hosted on bugzilla . Suggestions for an initial bug invited ;-)
