All your settings can be configured as https://codereview.scilab.org/#/settings 
but, as you wrote,
there is nothing to tune the content of the mail. It seems to be possible [1], 
but only on the
server side (so for all users).

On this topic, I prefer avoiding any extra configuration that will take some 
time to maintain. We
use also use the codereview for other project than "scilab" (web services for 
instance) and other
branches (the next 6.0 for instance) so that's a need for us.
