Hi Amanda, Yes of course, you should use our prerequirements (pre-build dependencies) and still pass the `without-gui` flag. We will probably build scirenderer but will not use it at runtime :).
However I suggest you to perform a full build as usually when adding feature you will also add documentation (which require a full build).
