I've merged together all the groundwork that mray, jazzyeagle, and I have accomplished the last couple weeks:

What I would like to do is walk through the pages and discuss what *minimum* work must be done in order to go live. I expect all the pages to have flaws, and I expect some pages to remain unwritten, but I want to reach consensus about what gaps and flaws are acceptable. I think this would be done best in real-time, so I propose we schedule some video chats to do this. There are thirty three pages to walk through, so I don't expect to do them all at once. I suspect the people most likely to be involved are jazzyeagle, wolftune, mray, and myself. Anyone else is of course welcome to participate. I suggest kicking things off at 1pm PST (21:00 UTC) today. I also suggest we use fr33domlover's instance of WeKan to track tasks for this milestone, which I am calling the "framework launch" for lack of a better term.
