I'm working on TIVI-2057 <https://bugs.tizen.org/jira/browse/TIVI-2057>
and related bugs ( TIVI-2060

<https://bugs.tizen.org/jira/browse/TIVI-2061>).
These bugs impact and should exist in all profiles.
The root cause of theses bugs are multiples:
1) SMACK issue
Fix is delivered : https://review.tizen.org/gerrit/11866
label pkgmgr::svc & pkgmgr::info do not exists. (Manifest are reset to
default floor)
2) When an installation / uninstallation is asked, package manager
install (uninstall) application in default mode PM_DEFAULT.
In consequencies, package manager tries to display some popup to inform
user of the status of current action.
But, package manager server is launched by dbus system as root without
environement for DISPLAY.
As workaround, my sugession is to execute them by default in
(PM_QUIET_MODE) quiet mode.
Fix related to uninstallation mode management

Fix related for set by default in quiet mode all requests for
installation/uninstallation that come from WRT app.

It means that currently all requests made in PM_DEFAULT_MODE should fail.
Package manager server should be launched as root , so we need to manage
pop up in a other process...
