WRT app launch is known issue and it was discussed during last meeting. We have pushed native apps into git. Can anybody from Intel check that native reference apps are launching into PR3? These apps are pushed to apps/native/preloaded path Here is the list of native reference applications that compiled successfully for armv7l.
