Prevous appfw author took launch time over booting time as a trade-off. However, TIZEN has considerably faster booting time over other platrforms.
FYI, there were several trials on WebApp launch time. One of them was to make an hybernated image and just to restore the image itself, not executing the process - not a viable solution. Young
