Hi, Stanislav Vorobiov I have used tizenSDK 2.2.1 to try, and cannot reproduce the issue for skin process eats 100%+ CPU.
From my try, I just see in the first 1-2 seconds when I boot tizen, the skin process is 100%+ CPU, then it is stable with 60-70% CPU usage. I think 60-70% CPU usage may still high(emulator-x86 just eat 8% CPU usage after fix), but I don't know who designed and developed for skin process, maybe you should ask in Samsung internal.
