Currently, ARM. For Tizen packages bulilding, you need "bootstrapping" the environment. Only cross toolchain is not enough. Suggest you can start with IVI profile as your first try, because IVI profile images are most stable and can be run in emulator easily. And suggest to clone all the source code, why not.
