It depends on which wireless communication you want, but basically, in order to eliminate the need for additional BSP jobs, I recommend:
1. RD-PQ
2. Odroid U3: https://wiki.tizen.org/wiki/How_to_Build_and_Load_Tizen_on_Odroid_U3
There are more devices with BSPs ready for Tizen (including IA-based devices), but those two are what I've been using and available to the public. For additional communication devices, as long as they are "standard USB devices with linux drivers", I don't expect major problems.
