Is this an issue with the package build failing or that the package doesn’t
install correctly later when you try to install it on a running system or use
it for image-creation?

I am able to build the accepted/tizen_common branch on Fedora 20 successfully,
using the repo you specified.

I just checked the head of accepted/tizen_common, it’s the same revision
“132f817dfa1b64127ba83bdab1d9c7fed898e6a5” as the package in the repo below.
So what’s the repo config in your .gbs.conf when you build ail?

Thanks,
Ning

Subject: [Dev] question about ail package source in Tizen common

Hi
I git clone ail source from
https://review.tizen.org/git/?p=platform/core/appfw/ail.git;a=summary and don’t
change anything
git checkout accepted/tizen_common
gbs build –A i586
While in rpm installation in common image, it always shows “(core dumped)
ail_initdb 2> /dev/null”

But if I install
http://download.tizen.org/snapshots/tizen/common/latest/repos/ia32-wayland/packages/i686/ail-0.2.80-10.1.i686.rpm
 directly, it is OK.
I checked and compared the source code between them, they don’t have too many
difference

Does anyone know where I can git clone or build the ail package?

Thanks!

Li Hao
