Thanks for your kind replies. I tried building murphy using the conf file and build commands you shared.
Still I am getting the same error:

[ 194s] #include <murphy/daemon/config.h>
[ 194s] ^
[ 194s] compilation terminated.
Also find my comments inline.
Kindly suggest on the same.

you need to build 1st libwebsocketsSaurabh: Even after successfully building libwebsockets, I was not able to build Murphy.
I just checked now using :
gbs build -P "profile.tizen_mobile_armv7l" --arch armv7l
