It means allow. Basic policy types are defined in Cynara sources:
src/include/cynara-policy-types.h.
I completely forgot that Cynara 0.5 release contains command line tool
for performing administrative tasks so there is no reason to update
database manually.
Cynara admin tool is installable via zypper:
zypper install cyad
Then you can just run this command to update database:
cyad -s -c Client -u 5002 -p http://tizen.org/privilege/contact.write -t
ALLOW
Documentation is available via:
cyad --help
