As you can see my jira issue, I want it could be selectable not drop everything 
because the logger driver was used since tizen 1.0 version.
Maybe Tizen:Common and IVI profile will use the systemd-journal as the  backend 
of the dlog and other profiles will use previous logger driver or 
systemd-journal selectively.
