Initial upload of Java bindings for Tizen, at this stage it only
includes bindings for Elightenment, these are not autogenerated, but
hand written using the same object inheritance hierarchy as Enlightenment.

I haven't had time to work on this lately, so anyone wishing to jump in
and help, please feel free to do so. The intent is to support Tizen's
native libraries, providing tizen app developers with a Java option,
which may help Android developers, who are more used to writing apps in
Java.
