Most of the committers for Log4PHP have gone on to other things. The few that are still participating in the Logging Services PMC have indicated that they are not working on the project any more. As such, no one has been maintaining the project for quite a while. The PMC has discussed moving the project to dormant status and unless people come forward as a result of this email a vote will be taken in a few days to deactivate the project.
