In LOG4J2-3165 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LOG4J2-3165>, the user claims the interpretation of the `%throwable{separator(\r)}` pattern is broken after 2.13.1. I have spent quite some time trying to reproduce the issue, yet no luck so far. Mind anybody helping out to see if I am not missing anything obvious, please?
