Ansi escape code in #3537 and #3538

Hello. I need for my project better ANSI support from log4j2. So, I opened two 
issues:

and
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LOG4J2-3538
 
Could anyone from project members take a look and give comments. If these 
issues are approved
I will try to fix them myself — there mustn’t be anything difficult.
