New committer: Grzegorz Dziadkiewicz

The Project Management Committee (PMC) for Apache Logging has invited 
Grzegorz Dziadkiewicz to become a committer and we are pleased to 
announce that he has accepted.

Please join us in welcoming Grzegorz to their new role and 
responsibility in our project community.

He prefers to be called Greg - as only Piotr will be able to pronounce 
his name correctly ;-)
