Any objections to turning on buildOnCommit for the example Solr
configuration (on trunk)? Everything else is set up properly to do
spell checking. I know the config has been a bit tweaked for
performance, though I don't think this adds much other than on a
commit, building a spellcheck index off the name field, which is tiny
with the example docs.
