OK, sorry I missed that (I apologize, i'm not able to make much sense of the
patch since i dont understand IntelliJ).
So the only problem is the directory may not exist... and I think a static {}
mkdirs() in both classes will fix this easily.
But still, I don't like the case #3 Lucene tests above that 're-use' the same
named directory every time, its just asking for trouble. these should do like
the rest of the lucene/solr tests and use a "real" tempdir thats got a random
name just to be safe... this is a separate problem.
