New patch
- Removed equals and hashCode implementations from SolrDocument,
SolrInputDocument and SolrInputField.
- Added assertSolrDocumentEquals(), assertSolrDocumentList(),
assertSolrInputDocumentEquals(), assertSolrInputFieldEquals() to SolrTestCaseJ4
- Migrated the test to use the asserts instead of equals
